Nozzle Filling Compound is a free-flowing refractory particulate material used in ladles or tundish sliding gate systems to prevent sculling and steel freeze-off, ensuring smooth and easy opening at the start of casting.

Specifications:

• SiO₂: 92–95%

• Graphite: 5%

• Free Carbon: 2%

• Moisture (H₂O): <0.5%

• Balance: Fe₂O₃, Al₂O₃, etc.

• Particle Size: 10–20 Mesh
